Our History
Questra Financial Solutions is a young, dynamic, highly motivated, wholly black owned and managed financial consultancy which was incorporated in 2009. Although still in its infancy of incorporation, the company directors share a wealth of experience in their individual capacities in the Accounting and Auditing profession and more especially in the Banking Industry. Having been in the profession for over 13 years amongst them, the directors decided to merge their knowledge and expertise in 2009 and Questra was born. The company’s name, Questra, is derived from an ancient name meaning “quest for the stars”, and that quest became the directors’ vision to be ranked with the greats of the trade. In our pursuit for new opportunities, we are striving to make our mark in the Financial Services Sector and leave behind a lasting legacy.
Our Location
The major part of our business is conducted at our Fairland premises located in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is where most core business functions are executed including the management and administration. Some other core business functions may be executed at the clients’ premises on their request.
We have remote facilities in the greater parts of KZN which were launched as part of our expansion program.

Our target client is the small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMMEs) across all industries. As we are experienced in the Financial Industry, we noted that the demise and success of many organizations was dependent on its financial control. Organizations that successfully manage their financial activities are more likely to succeed than those that don’t.We offer these range of services to our client who are contemplating formation in all sectors of the economy, we offer continuous management support and advice to clients already established, we work closely with government organizations and parastatals as supporting functions to existing mechanisms of internal control, we also provide additional resources to other firms in our industry who face resource constraints necessary to execute their audit programs. We do not discriminate against entities by size or industry, but as required by our profession’s code of ethics, we are prohibited from providing services to certain industries or trades.
